Graffiti with a smile

There’s not enough graffiti that makes me smile. I know there’s an ethical code of being hard, but that doesn’t do enough for me. I saw this on Alameda Blvd in Downtown LA. If there were more of these, I think there’d be less honking and angry people. Who did these?
