A little while back my friend from Yokohama: TWOONE (aka Hiro) painted one thousand individual spray cans for an exhibition here in Melbourne. I saw him a few times over the year that he was working on the show. One month he would say he was up to 486, the next he would be up to 526, one day he eventually told me he was up to 983 and then as luck would have it he finally finished and had the exhibition while I was a away!!!

The other day I gave Hiro a new board and the next day he dropped off two of the cans from the exhibition! So stoked! While he was over he also showed me some flicks from his entry in the recent We Are the Image Makers exhibition entitled:12X12. They feature his trademark characters as well as his developing interest in incorporating carpentry. Another brilliant effort from TWOONE.
