Being deemed “Daniel Harold Sturt”-worthy isn’t exactly the most common thing in skateboarding. But again, with his groundbreaking part in Plan B’s Second Hand Smoke, Jeremy Wray raised as quite the extraordinary pro, from the mid-’90s on. He’s discussing his own favorite pro-models on Memory Screened.

** The above image is an 8×10 fiber based print by Bill Burke. It has drawing on the front, and it is signed and stamped on the back. If you win this photo, it comes with a small book of his!

silent auction this week of custom soccer balls that mr cartoon, dzine and myself made happening at six points in chicago. all proceeds benefit Urban Initiatives

Got a rad little package in the post from across the atlantic today. SF-11 photo-zine by the talented mr. Isaac McKay-Randozzi.
The zine is still available through Chicago based Parking Block Publishing. I don’t know whether they go to so much effort with every purchase or if it was because I’m from the UK? but I got bunch of stickers, some pretty rad polaroids (who took them?) and bizarrely a piece of a jigsaw puzzle? Not sure if that was meant to get in my package, so if the guys at Parking Block are scratching their heads wondering where the last piece of their jigsaw got to, let me know and i’ll send it back!
More top images from Isaac’s zine below… now go buy one if you haven’t already.

Hello Family & Friends,
I have been working around the clock for my SUMMERWINTER exhibition which opens in LA on Friday, July 16th. Everything is coming together beautifully, and I can’t wait to show you all what I have created!
Kirk has been working on a beautiful short film that narrates the story of the art show, and it’s set to a soundtrack composed by Loren Humphrey.
I would also like to thank all the amazing people who have helped in preparation for this exhibition:
Jeremy Mora for his beautiful gallery; POVevolving, Todd Rogers for sound engineering, Matt Tammariello for sound effects, Loren Humphrey for the soundtrack, Luis Ramirez for printing help, Honest Tea and PBR for the drinks, Nylon TV for the coverage, and a very special thank you to Element for all your love and support!
Our goal is to raise $500 for Elemental Awareness, which is an organization that reaches out to under-privileged kids through skateboarding and wilderness skills. I created a limited edition of 10 hand-sewn, hand-screened totes that are packed with goodies from our sponsors, and will be sold to raise money for EA.
Inside each tote is an AB zine from the exhibition, an organic Element T-shirt, and an Element Eden wallet, along with stickers, Honest Tea drinks, and a copy of Nylon… So the first ten people to donate $50 will recieve one of these limited edition, hand made, gift bags.
I will also be launching a special line of ombré dyed scarves, which are grade 50, 100% Cheese cloth that will thread the exhibition together by combining black and white, to make grey.
New ‘zines are hot of the press, and will also be available! (If you’re a self-publisher & zine fan, bring yours to the show and we’ll swap!)
Lastly, check out this interview by fellow Mumbler, Isaac McKay-Randozzi at Juxtapoz!
Thank you, and I hope to see you there!
