We just released a awesome youtube video called “The Filmbot Freebie”. The basis behind it, is to watch a video and tell us the correct answer.. We will choose a winner every week! I spent a fair amount of time doing some motion graphics, which is not my forte’. Super excited on how it came out. Tell me what you think!

Welcome to Derek Fukuhara’s Digital X Filmbot Re-Grip.

The concept to the Filmbot ReGrip’s are that with soo much skateboard media coming out, a quality video part could have gone unnoticed by the skateboard community. What we do is remix the part, possible add some tricks and hopefully catch some eyes who hadn’t seen it before, plus just have some fun.

So I haven’t posted in a while, but I guess I was excited cause this was my first time using this craze contraption. With these new fangled DSLR’s, I was hyped to finally use my dinosaur of a Panasonic HVX Micro Red Rock. Had to dust this thing off, and get ‘er going!! READ MORE HERE

Derek and I have millions of photos together, if we’re out, were goofing off skating, sometimes getting a trick, sometime not.

This was an edit I did for Red Bull Skateboarding.com  - Our trip to San Jose a shade light on footage, so throw a Megan Fox in there, and you got yourself a bit of T’n'A to spice up the vid.

On the same day from the day I shot this, I tried to see what it would be like to get as close as possible, like super close zoom’ed. What ended up happening is I shot Derek Fukuhara’s frontside nose in 2 parts. ( Actually 3 parts, see: mikendo.com ) Probably be cool to make a lifesize poster and hang it over my bed.. wait is that creepy?
